1. What the site is

• The site is a guide to finding travel information in Korea, including attractions, cultural venues, festivals, stays and campsites.
• Place information is based on official open data published by public organisations. Opening hours, closures, prices and entry rules can change without notice.
• Check the official information from the venue, event or seller before you visit or book.

2. Limits of responsibility

• We work to keep information accurate, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses caused by changed or incorrect information (for example, an unavailable venue, a booking issue or a cancelled event).
• You are responsible for checking official information before making travel, booking, transport or safety decisions.
• Content on external sites we link to (such as venue, event and booking pages) is the responsibility of those sites.

3. Writing reviews

• Only write about your own experience. Ads or promotion, abuse, other people's personal information and copyright-infringing content may be withheld or removed.
• Reviews may be hidden or removed following a report or review.
• You keep the copyright in your review and allow the site to publish, sort and show it in search results within the service.
• To have your review removed, contact us through the contact page from the email you used to write it.

4. Prohibited use

• Sending excessive automated requests to the site or posting reviews in bulk
• Interfering with the normal operation of the site

5. Ads and affiliate links

• The site may show third-party ads, such as Google AdSense, to cover running costs.
• Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the products and services they offer; the site does not endorse them.
• The site may use affiliate links, which carry an ‘Affiliate’ mark. See the affiliate disclosure for details. Bookings and payments through affiliate partners follow those partners' terms.
• See the privacy policy for the cookies used for ads and how to turn off personalised ads.

6. Intellectual property

• Rights in content created by the site, such as its design, place descriptions and planner, belong to the site. Do not copy, distribute or use it commercially without permission.
• Rights in open data and photos belong to the relevant provider or rights holder. The site follows their usage terms and credits its sources.
• Reviewers own the copyright in their reviews (see section 3).

7. Changes to or suspension of the service

The site may change or stop part or all of the service as needed. We will announce important changes on the site in advance.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes about use of the site go to the court determined by the relevant laws. Where mandatory laws of your country of residence give you stronger protection, those laws apply.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the change and its effective date on this page 7 days in advance (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to users).
